These surveillance equipments are used everywhere from shopping mall to zeroing in on dishonest employees in an organization. They are usually designed very small in size, not to be noticed by anyone.

Though surveillance equipments are mostly used for positive reasons such as security for treasured possessions, it can also be used for unlawful activities like blackmail and extortion.
